LAST CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES 

Framed orders must be placed by the 18th of December 5pm in order to ensure they are dispatched before the last recommended Christmas date by our courier.

Prints only are posted Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Please order by the 19th December.

Please note, these dates are Royal Mail's recommendation only and are not guaranteed by Leoframes.

 
£2.50 delivery for one small item (i.e small mounted print), £5.00 for two items or free delivery for three or more small items.
 
£5 delivery for one large item ( i.e  poster in a tube) or free delivery when you order two or more large items.
 
All prints are rolled and packed securely in a tube, if print is mounted then they are flat packed. Your item is then posted within 2 working days of receiving your order by 1st class recorded delivery.
 
All our framed prints include postage and are delivered using a Courier service so that your picture reaches you in perfect condition. We aim to complete framed items to your specifications within 7 working days then dispatch using next day courier.
 
           

 

 

 

PayPal issues

If we are sending a print from one country to another and PayPal has trouble processing your payment (which they occasionally do, for fraud protection reasons) don’t panic!

  • We’ll take all the details of your order by phone or email
  • Then we’ll send you a PayPal request for the payment - an invoice you can pay by PayPal account or credit/debit card

 

Returns

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail.

In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods. We will reimburse you by the same method with which you paid.

You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods and goods must reach us in good condition. We recommend a signed for service to return all items.
