Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for all deliveries as without a signature, we will instruct goods not be left for security reasons. Delivery agents will typically make at least 2 attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to the sender. In the event that the delivery agent is unable to locate the delivery address or obtain a signature resulting in the goods being returned to us, we will contact you to arrange payment of further delivery charges.

If we are sending a print from one country to another and PayPal has trouble processing your payment (which they occasionally do, for fraud protection reasons) don’t panic!
- We’ll take all the details of your order by phone or email
- Then we’ll send you a PayPal request for the payment - an invoice you can pay by PayPal account or credit/debit card
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods. We will reimburse you by the same method with which you paid. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods and goods must reach us in good condition.
